Refund policy

We want you to love it. If you don't, we'll make it right.

Thirty days, opened or not. If the Brightening Butter isn't working for your skin, just email us at info@aperlabs.com with your order number and we'll refund you in full.

You don't need to send an opened jar back. Once it's open we can't resell it anyway, so there's no reason to make you pay postage. Keep it, pass it to a friend, whatever you like. Unopened jars can come back to us if you'd prefer, at your cost. The opened-jar promise covers one jar per customer.

A couple of small things: original shipping isn't refunded unless we got the order wrong, and gift cards and final sale items are excluded.
